Big Hearts Santa Clause to arrive in Tucson, Arizona

United States of America (Press Release) December 4, 2007 -- These elves make hand made toys for holiday and birthdays to benefit the less fortunate families and children in Tucson, Arizona this year. Big Hearts Santa Clause will be delivering these gifts to the families who requested assistance. The elf volunteers have the choice to go along as Santa or stay in their shops working. The exact time he will deliver these is not yet scheduled, but will happen between Sunday December 23rd and 25th of 2007 in the afternoon hours. The location of these deliveries will be at the children's homes. Big Hearts With Helping Hands Of Arizona Organization is a 100% non-profit, tax deductible organization that is waiting to be listed on the Arizona State Disaster Relief non-profit organizations list. They have a great amount of volunteers who knit, crocheting, bead teenagers and adults gifts and some do sewing. As their group grows, they will be expanding their hand made items to more needy families and children throughout Arizona. The Big Hearts With Helping Hands Of Arizona Organization has 44 volunteer members. They all found one another at http://knitting.meetup.com/993. They have also been making food boxes to members of Freecycle.org over the past few months. Big Hearts With Helping Hands Of Arizona Organization has been very busy making as many hand made holiday gifts, as they can daily. They have three very devoted members who do nothing but focus on this. They do this from the time they get up, between 6 AM and 7 AM, to the time they go to bed, which is sometimes between 3 AM or 4 AM. They still manage to take care of their families. How they are able to do what they do with very little sleep, is hard to say. Maybe these elves will hibernate when the big delivery day is done. Families requesting gift assistance for their children. The ones who contact the elves tell them the child's favorite color, animal and interests. The elf making their gifts can e0mail them to get more information. They are given the choice to pick an item from their pattern library. Since Big Hearts With Helping Hands Of Arizona Organization does not receive cash donations, due to not being registered as a Arizona State Disaster Relief Organization yet, they do all of this at there own expense. They are registered with the Federal IRS Treasury office. All beaded gifts go to teenagers and adults, which are made by their beading elf volunteer, Chrissy. Big Hearts With Helping Hands Of Arizona Organization hopes to make these hand made gifts to be a unique and very special item for each individual receiving these gifts. Having the ability to contact a place that is willing to hand make something their child(ren) would like, means a great deal to them. These gifts will be a memorable gift that can last a long time.
