Anderson points to Iviewit in part to support her claims that she was terminated after a physical assault that is believed to have been committed by S. Cohen at the First Department who was remanded to anger management classes pursuant to the attack.

Krane of Proskauer Rose, former New York State Bar Association President (found acting in conflict in handling complaints at the First Department and ordered for investigation), Chief Judge Judith Kaye of the Court of Appeals and her former Proskauer husband Stephen Kaye and many others.
