Vrouhas Incorporated, headquartered in Chelmsford Massachusetts, operated by director Dino Vrouhas and Spiro Vrouhas Sr., have expanded its eclectic group of businesses from Disc Realty Trust and Chelmsford Auto Court; private apartment residencies, Spiro Egg Farms; supplying New England with Egg Services, Hi-Way Market; a full service grocery and liquor market, now includes Pine-Hill LLC., a new venture by Dino Vrouhas who has expanded its private real estate investments into one particular corporation.

Although this family is also known for its many established business, Spiro Vrouhas, grandson of company president Spiro Vrouhas SR., has made his own name and has been featured in numerous editorial modeling campaigns throughout North American and Europe. When asked on if he was interested in continuing with the family business Spiro answered "Real Estate development is something I'm very interested in pursuing, but right now I'm focusing on my education and other entertainment opportunities." Spiro Vrouhas is also in the works on other projects.
