The Real Estate Staging Association was formed to provide support to all professional real estate Stagers in North America. RESA is the portal to the Staging industry and is the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of Professional Stagers.
RESA would like to recognize Staging Professionals for their outstanding contributions and personal accomplishments to our industry. Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) is now accepting nominations for our yearly awards in the following categories:
RESA Professional Stager of the Year
RESA Rookie Stager of the Year
RESA Staging Innovator of the Year
RESA Staging Realtor of the Year
Nomination requirements are detailed below. Both RESA members and Non-Members may be nominated. Nominations are anonymous and you may nominate yourself.
All nominations must be received no later than December 15, 2007. Finalists will be notified by December 20, 2007.
1. Professional Stager of the Year: The Professional Stager of the Year has demonstrated outstanding skills in the following areas: Staging Design Skills, Business Skills and Ethics. Nominations must include reasons why this Professional Stager should be recognized.
2. RESA Rookie Stager of the Year- The Rookie Stager of the Year has demonstrated outstanding skills in the following areas: Staging Design Skills, Business Skills and Ethics. Nominations must include reasons why this Professional Stager should be recognized. The nominee must have been in the staging industry less than 2 years.
3. RESA Staging Innovator of the Year: The Staging Innovator is a professional who is taking proactive actions to further the industry and bring legitimacy to the profession.
4. RESA Staging Realtor of the Year: The Staging Realtor of the Year will be a Realtor collaborates with Professional Stagers and fully endorses the staging profession.
