FIRST MOBILE VETERINARY MRI EXAMS IN SOUTH FLORIDA

It is relatively easy for humans to obtain MRIs but difficult for animals who need them. Availability is limited for these animals, outside of major specialty centers and a few universities. These two patients will be receiving the first mobile MRIs in South Florida provided by a dedicated veterinary MRI center.

With the help of MRI, veterinarians can now diagnose the cause of many pets' medical ailments rather then performing exploratory surgery. The mobile MRI can also save pet owners money by allowing the primary care veterinarian diagnose and treat many conditions without the need to travel to a distant testing center.
