The company is registering its security offering with SEC(www.worldstar77.com) through Edgar filing and the proposed selling date to public is scheduled to January, 2008. The company needs to raise an initial operating capital to fulfill some of its production plans by offering bonds (non-convertible debts) in the amount of $20,000,000 or more to both private and public investors.

The company will be participating in filmmaking and film distributing of all kinds –ranging from Drama, Horror, Western, Action, Thriller and so on - and books publishing (Fiction and Non-fiction) within its company and from around the world.
