He is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association(USPCA) and is dedicated to excellence in the industry.

In addition to cooking for clients on a regular basis, chef Thierry also caters special parties or occasions from 2 -200 people. We supply the food,waitress, etc., you supply the kitchen. Gift certificates are also available.
