United States of America (Press Release) December 15, 2007 --
Ditch is set to attend the 3rd annual benefit concert for the Snoop Youth Football League. "This is a great cause and snoop is doing a great thing for all of this kids...I am going to be there showing my support.." The concert will take place December 15th 2007 at the House of Blues Sunset Strip in Hollywood, Ca. 100% of the ticket sales and proceeds go directly to the SYFl. Many celebrities will also be in attendance including Bishop Don Magic Juan who recently recorded vocals for Ditch's new cd Public Intoxication, due out worldwide in early 2008.
The SYFL was created to give inner-city kids -- who otherwise would not be able to play due to financial reasons -- the opportunity to participate in organized sports. The league stresses the importance of academics, discipline, and responsibility to at-risk youths, giving them a healthy alternative to common negative influences such as gangs and violence.
Although Snoop is currently working on his forthcoming ninth album, his new hit show on E!, "Snoop Dogg's Father Hood," and his football coaching duties, he is taking time out of his busy schedule in order to benefit the league he has created, coached and funded for the past three years. The concert will ensure that the kids involved in the league have new uniforms, transportation, lodging and food for their upcoming, highly anticipated Snoop Bowl -- which will take place in Arizona during Super Bowl weekend.
