United States of America (Press Release) December 17, 2007 --
December 18, 2007 – Santa Clara, CA - Mike Farmwald and Barb Paldus announced the launch of an updated www.pvnotes.com website. The website was originally started in 2005 as a blog, in order to post technical commentary on ParkerVision technology. The website was updated in 2006, with additional financial and market information. The 2007 website is designed to be a general repository for reference materials (e.g., transcripts of calls or analyst reports), technical commentary by named experts in the field, and industry commentary from both named and unnamed sources.
The launch of the new website allows direct access to technical commentary on ParkerVision Patent US 7,184,723 by three independent RF experts: Prof. Joy Laskar, Dr. Steve Cripps, and Dr. Alfred Riddle. The pvnotes.com team will continue to seek additional independent consultants to further evaluate the intellectual property portfolio that ParkerVision claims to be its primary value proposition, as well as any new publications, papers, datasheets or public technology demonstrations.
In response to the invitation issued by Jeff Parker to Dr. Steve Cripps in his December 3, 2007 press release, the pvnotes.com team is willing to provide independent experts (such as Dr. Cripps, subject to his own availability and requirements, as well as any other experts that Dr. Cripps may elect to accompany him) to analyze any information that Jeff is willing to provide, but without their signing an NDA. The whole purpose of pvnotes.com is to allow the public full access to technical opinions of industry experts, which would be precluded by the current ParkerVision NDA.
