That is, if they listen to fitness superstar and best selling author of “The Curvelle Lifestyle, 9 Weeks to Slimmer Thighs, Tighter Buttocks and Sexier Curves,” Jennifer Hendershott. Hendershott proudly announced today that her first stop on her 2008 Phat Camp tour will return to Phoenix, AZ on January 11th -13th and will be held at Gold’s Gym on East Elliot Road in Phoenix, AZ.

Hendershott, is one of the most recognizable faces in the sport of women’s professional fitness and holds numerous top titles such as former Ms. Fitness Olympia and Ms. Fitness International. She is both the creator and leader of PHAT Camp, a three day fitness boot camp designed to put women of all ages, shapes, and sizes, on the path to greater health and fitness. Phat Camp is now in its fifth year and tours a total of 20 different cities throughout the United States, Canada and Australia each year.

At PHAT Camp, Hendershott and her staff lead participants through an action packed weekend, personally teaching each individual the eating and exercise secrets that she has accumulated in her 15 years as fitness professional. Participants will achieve their personal health and fitness goals faster than they ever dreamed possible.

“This is the third time we have held camp in Phoenix and we are happy to return to such a great city with many active people that support what we do, said Hendershott. “Actually, we don’t like to call it boot camp. We like to refer to it more as butt camp. If participants put into action the eating and exercise principles we teach at camp it won’t be long before they can easily shake their butts into a smaller pair of jeans, “ added Hendershott with a smirk.
