Miami Injury Lawyer sues a franchisee of Denny's for Customer who falls off booth and breaks wrist

Justin Ziegler has filed a lawsuit on behalf on Winslight Baptiste, a customer of Denny's in North Miami Beach, Florida. The lawsuit has been filed in Miami-Dade County court for in excess of $15,000, and Justin is now seeking the insurance policy limits of One Million Dollars due to the fact that Mr. Baptiste may need to undergoe a second surgery, already a year after the accident. Mr. Baptiste was injured while leaving a booth at Denny's restaurant in North Miami Beach, Florida. The booth "seesawed" in the air which sent him to floor landing on his wrist. His wrist broke and he later went to Broward Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A few weeks later he had wrist surgery which included bone grafting. The orthopedic (wrist surgeon) doctor stated that his wrist will take at least 8 months to heal after the surgery. Mr. Baptiste now needs a second surgery for his wristHe also sustained other injuries to his back.
