KMC HOLDING COMPANY ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE TUANIS TECHNOLOGY

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 21, 2007 -- Austin, Tx and Atlanta, GA, June 10, 2003: KMC Holding Company and Tuanis Technology jointly announced today they have entered into an asset purchase agreement whereby KMC Holding Company will acquire substantially all of the assets of Tuanis Technology.

The acquisition is intended to strengthen KMC Holding Company’s presence in the North American marketplace and open various new lines of business. “This is a great opportunity for Tuanis Technology and our customers” said Randall Baker, President of Tuanis Technology. “KMC’s financial capabilities and deep management team will allow Tuanis to become a formable player in the wireless services industry.”

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

KMC plans to integrate the Tuanis Technology offerings into its services portfolio. Mr. Baker will remain with the new organization through the transition.
