Creative Artist Agency steals My Model song from local man

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 23, 2007 -- Ashlee Simpson sung a song given to her by David Zedeck over at
CAA in New York as she is represented by David.
The song My Model was obtained illegally through a website known
as www.mp3lyrics.org the song was also registered and copyrighted
by it's owner Matthew Mark@
The very talented artist has written many songs and has helped
alot of people and he still can't understand how CAA would think
they could get away with it.
You are not allowed to steal others material and then use it without

asking them and or signing a contract to use it which Matthew
never even saw a contract he just was sent the song through a
friend and realized they were the exact same lyrics as the Song
Ashlee Simpson was singing. In fact they were word for word and
the song name itself wasn't even changed.
Matthew Mark@ is now suing the CAA agency and Geffen records
as well as Ashlee and her father for 40 million dollars.
Anyone affiliated with the agency can't accept unsolicited
materials and they broke the law and also company policy
as they stold the My Model song and it was obtained by

David Zedeck the Agent of Ashlee who thought he could get
away with stealing a artist's song just because she is
Ashlee Simpson. Well Matthew has hired an attorney and also
has spoke personally with her management and will have the
green light in five days caa's world will be turned upside
down by one man from a small town.
Hollywood as they say is always a rough place but for
Creative Artist Agency it just got a little tougher.
Every agent knows you are not allowed to steal others
property this is known as copyright infringement and

no matter what tricks they try with their big money
Matthew has all the proof he could ever need to prove
he wrote the song and when and that CAA broke company
policy and never compensated him for his creation.
He seeks 10 million in damages out of court and 40
in court for stealing a song that was important to
him written about a girl named Jessica in South Carolina.
She was given the song as a way of showing he cared for
her and it was stolen by CAA and their reps for a quick
buck and I doubt AShlee knew it was stolen or she probably

wouldn't have used it. As we all face God when we die
I just wonder what CAA will tell them and David Zedeck
who has a known reputation for crummy practices.
Just ask Angelina Jolie who also fired the CAA agency
for shotty management. Money doesn't buy your way out
of a lie and the jury would see that Matthew Mark@
is one of the honest people and nicest anyone could meet.
As for Ashlee maybe she will get smart and fire her agents
over at CAA and obtain a real one that doesn't do illegal
practices and rob people's dreams. Matthew Plans to donate

some money to the less fortunate and work on bettering
his artistry and saving the rest for a rainy day and or
when he feels like spending it, as his proof speaks loud!
CAA would be foolish to not compensate him fully and have
him go away as they do best and or try to each and everyday!
