United States of America (Press Release) January 3, 2008 --
A new reality TV show was announced today that will make the audience for American Idol look tiny in comparison. Tom Marchesello, the handsome young CEO of N1NE unveiled his media companies plans to operate the worlds largest talent contest. Uvoto will allow anyone that can sing, dance, act, rock out, be a model, or any talent to showcase their abilities in an online audition video. Those videos are then judged by the fans who vote on them with their cell phones. The fans determine the winners and direct the outcome of the show. Uvoto enables the entire process and tracks all the contestants to find the next star. The new show is the culminatin of a 2 year technology effort that has married the tools of social video sites like youtube with the SMS text voting tools on every cellular network. This is much bigger than American Idol who only allows AT&T customers to vote on mobile. Uvoto is open to 230 million American handsets. Once the massive audience makes their votes the producers of the Next American Video Star will showcase the top 10 contestant videos on TV each month. Those people then drop to a finals and compete for fame and fortune. The cash prize will be awarded in Dec 2008. It is currently a secret that will be announced April 15th, 2008. But our insider sources tell us to look for six figures plus. Go online to Uvoto.com and try your chance at being Americas Next video Star.
