Life long insomniac gets help sleeping without medication or pills
I am currently researching the subject of Sleep loss / Insomnia in order to write a thesaurus on the subject. I get the general feeling that pills and medication do not work convincingly.

I have suffered from sleep deprivation ever since I was a teenager, and believe me it really does get you down. I would get so tired that could not concentrate, I would get depressed, Irritable and downright rude to people. I was not a nice person if I couldn't get enough sleep. I was prescribed every pill and medicine that could be found, none of which really worked. I would get in such a state, my mind was too active at bedtime and I would end up getting stressed, knowing that I was not going to get enough sleep. I am now 45 years of age and a couple of months or so ago, my wife's friend suggested that I try something called Sleep Tracks which is a programme she read about in a magazine. I didn't think anymore about it, after all none of the medication had worked. Then one day while I was on the Internet, I came across the name again by accident so I decided to read about it. I decided to give it a go and ordered the programme. Well what a surprise, to my amazement the programme started to work in a matter of days. I have been told that not everyone will get the same results so quickly but with me it was great. I have now been on the programme for almost a month, and I just can't believe how my life is changing. I usually go off to sleep after about 20 minutes sometimes longer, and I still wake up sometimes in the middle of the night, but have no problem getting back to sleep. I feel that I am a new man, and my wife says that I am so much more relaxed and easier to live with. My work colleagues all say that I have changed so much in the last few weeks. I can now wake up in the morning and look forward to the day ahead. I have more energy, more patience, and I feel like I have a life again. For nearly thirty years I have suffered sleepless or disturbed nights and I just wish this programme were around then. So if there is anyone reading this who suffers or knows anyone who suffers from sleep loss this is a programme that will help. I really can't praise this programme enough its probably saved my marriage and may be my life.
