KATHY A. THOMPSON JOINS THE ART EXPOSED COMMUNITY TO EXHIBIT ORIGINAL ARTWORK ONLINE

Thompson from Omaha, NE announced today her membership with Art eXposed, a start up company located in Manalapan, New Jersey that works with local artists to promote their artwork via the Internet and in retail establishments. Thompson joins a growing community of artists who want to catalog their work on the Art eXposed website at www.getartexposed.com in an effort to attract prospective buyers.

Thompson has been creating abstract art for over three years. She is self-taught and explains her talent as creativity that flows from her heart and mind into her fingers and then onto paper. “I am humbled by my artistic talent and truly believe that it is from God,” she explained. Thompson enjoys studying shapes; from the way a leaf on a tree lies upon the limb or how the colors of one single leaf create a beautiful design. “It’s shapes that are everywhere that inspire me to create. I can drop a single strand of hair and watch how one drop of water glides its form into a beautiful silhouette,” she said.

Thompson is displaying several works of art on the Art eXposed website including Angels of 9/11, for which she won a best in class award, High Spirits and Kite With Wings. “I chose to exhibit my artwork at www.getartexposed.com because the company uses a combination of public relations, marketing and public presentation in both real-world venues and via the Art eXposed website,” stated Thompson.
