T-mobile = deceitful, crooked and incompetent

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 11, 2008 -- T-mobile has an interesting return and exchange policy. Let me sum up my experience for you.

I purchase a brand new Blackberry Pearl for $350. Within my "14-day buyers remorse period," I was having so many issues with the phone, I returned it to the store. I was told by 2 different reps that my "buyers remorse" period would start over with the new phone. But it does not. So now I am stuck with one of the worst phones in Blackberry history.

Now that I am past the buyers remorse period, I can not return the phone for a refund, I can only continue to exchange the phone for refurbished Blackberry Pearls from T-mobile. I am currently on my 4th Pearl and still having problems.

I have fought and fought with Tmobile about getting a different Blackberry model, but they continue to only offer me a cheap motorola phone, that in no way compares to Blackberry services.

To date, I have spent $350 on the Pearl, plus I paid $15 each time they sent me a new phone. So, I have spent close to $400 on this defective phone.

Tmobile has given me a solution to get a working Blackberry...pay $400 for an upgrade to a different model, while sending them my phone so they can put it back on the shelf as "new" and rip off another customer who makes the mistake of walking into a T-mobile store.

One more thing, I had a customer service manager promise to upgrade my phone, he went as far as giving me the address to send my phone. I, curiously, called back to verify the address, ends up that T-mobile had never heard of the address before. I would not be surprised if it was the asshole's home address.

Screw T-mobile.
