Manager of exchange traded fund portfolios expands its operations

Efficient Market Advisors, LLC., announced today that Jeffrey C. Anderson, Jr., MBA has joined Efficient Market Advisors as Chief Operating Officer and member of the firm's Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Anderson has most recently been President of Standsure Wealth Management, where he has worked since 2003. Prior to joining Standsure, Mr. Anderson held positions at Smith Barney, Inc., and Tullett and Tokyo, Inc. Mr. Anderson was an early adopter of Exchange Traded Funds for client portfolios. He holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
