Thursday Half-Price Margaritas and Weekday Bar Menu Specials Add to the Fiesta

INDIANAPOLIS — Adobo Grill, 4939 East 82nd St., is adding more flavor to the fiesta during happy hour, with new hours and new bar menu specials.
The new restaurant hours for 2008 are Monday through Thursday 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m., Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. The bar will be open Monday through Thursday starting at 4:00 p.m. and the restaurant will be available for dining those days at 5:30 p.m.
With the new hours also comes a tasty happy hour special of dollar tacos served at the bar Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The taco menu includes:
• Barbacoa de Res – Adobo-avocado leaf marinated braised flank steak taco with fresh tomatillo-serrano salsa
• Baja California style fish taco of Negra Modelo beer battered tilapia; creamy chipotle salsa and pico de gallo
• Taco al Pastor – Roasted adobo-marinated pork tacos with chile ancho-pineapple salsa
Margaritas will be flowing in extra supply to complement the happy hour special. Adobo offers half-price margaritas on Thursday, so come enjoy margaritas made with 100% agave Herradura blanco, shaken tableside and served up with salt at the bar, dining room or on the patio.
