Karen Goeller and Brian Dowd have completed three swing fitness books that are appropriate for a wide audience, from the casual fitness enthusiast to the fitness guru. These books include nearly 50 exercises and 12 fitness programs.

Karen Goeller has completed many gymnastics and fitness books. She started writing after she was in an accident and suffered permanent spinal damage. Goeller’s books are currently used by gymnastics coaches, fitness experts, and athletes worldwide. She has written more gymnastics books than anyone in the USA. Goeller has produced many successful gymnasts and three National Champions are from her gymnastics facility. Goeller worked for famous gymnastics coaches Bela and Martha Karolyi. She also worked for Paul Spadaro, the USAIGC Vice President. Before earning her BA Degree, Goeller's education included training as an EMT, Physical Therapist, and Nutritionist. She has held Fitness, EMT, and Gymnastics Certifications among others.

Brian Dowd tested these exercises and also worked as the fitness model. Dowd’s sport is baseball. He has been a member of numerous travel baseball teams and competed in the AAU, NABF, AABC National Championships, and the AAU Junior Olympics National Championships among others. He played 4 years of varsity baseball for one of the best and most respected high school programs in NYC. Dowd went on to play 4 years of NCAA College Baseball and currently plays semi-professional baseball in the New York area. He coaches the high school team he once played for in NYC and has returned to college to earn his Master’s Degree.
