United States of America (Press Release) January 23, 2008 --
The Community Health Center in Austell, Georgia is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and we proudly want to inform your church that we are now reaching out into your area to provide affordable and quality medical and dental care for the uninsured. We are pleased to be partners with the United Way.
At Community Health Center we provide professional, quality, and affordable medical and dental screenings and care. We want you and your church to benefit from such services so that everyone may enjoy a better quality of life.
Over 37 years ago, Community Health Center’s parent organization, Sweetwater Valley Community Action Mission Program (C.A.M.P.), was founded on volunteer service. From this supportive beginning, CHC was created in 2004 as a low-cost medical and dental office committed to providing care for those in our community. Now CHC is a rapidly expanding, independent 501(c)3 organization. We understand that many people in our community require health services, but cannot afford to pay for them. We are working with other ministries and organizations to meet the needs of everyone who seeks our help. We know that we can change our culture by providing equal access to quality, affordable healthcare.
