BETH DELAVIGNE: SONGWRITER WITH AN EDGE

Georgetown, KY - Local Lexington area resident, Beth Delavigne, a published and recorded songwriter and award winning poet has struck gold with her new song, “Jagged Edge”. Northwest Alabama Music Publishing Company has published “Jagged Edge” and it will be getting serious airtime on syndicated radio show, “Kim’s World of Talent” on WALW 98.3 (http://www.walw.org). Northwest Alabama Music Publishing Company president, Kim Glover, is cousin to the late Gordon Terry who sang and played fiddle for Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Elvis Presley and discovered Barbara Mandrell. Kim Glover, owner of Kim’s World Record Label and her husband Darrell Glover hold a Talent Expo yearly which they sponsor with the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.

Beth Delavigne was fortunate to have “Jagged Edge” sung by Jaimee Paul who has worked with Barry Manilow, Lyle Lovett and Radney Foster. Ms. Paul’s credits include vocals on the latest American Idol videogame, CBS-2 Chicago, National Commercials for Nashville Star and her newly released CD, “Shades of Grey”. Beth Delavigne is also published by songwriter, producer and publisher, Paul Leka (Green Tambourine, Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye, etc.) Ms. Delavigne has co-written a song called “Say It Like You Mean It”, and it has been recorded by the band, Living Proof and it is on their “Price Of A Dream” CD.
