Costa Rica, Republic of (Press Release) January 25, 2008 --
A luxury villa in Costa Rica for 3.2 Million dollars is a steal in what is becoming the hottest real estate since the Dominican Republic a few years ago. As the USA prepares for one of the worst economical years expected in decades. The US real estate market is declining quickly. Many former real estate agents are flocking down to Costa Rica trying to pick up the pieces of economic disaster, probably created by them directly or indirectly. It was real estate agents and brokers in the USA that over-evaluated properties and pushed bad mortgage deals through money hungry banks. This is what happened and no one admits it. Now, money hungry USA real estate agents are coming down here do the same exact thing, except unlicensed since Costa Rica doesn't require an actual real estate license. Some other group of money hungry real estate agents have started some "group" which keeps real estate agents in -check according to them, but seems to promote their properties more at rates that are beyond belief. "I think the market will balance out on both borders", said Mark Lugo of LuVenture International Consultants Group (www.luventure.com). "Some control is needed, but it's not totally bad", he added.
