NEW PROMOTIONS AT WELDSHIP
Bethlehem, PA- WELDSHIP CORPORATION recently announced the promotions of Richard Frederick to Vice President-Finance and James Noyes to Controller.
Richard (Dick) Frederick joined WELDSHIP in 1992. Prior to joining the company, he had held progressively more responsible positions in accounting and accounting management at several manufacturing firms. In 1969, Mr. Frederick earned a BS in Business Administration from Penn State University, and in 1975, an MBA from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
James (Jim) Noyes was in the position of controller with a previous company before joining WELDSHIP in 2005. He holds a CPA and had worked with an accounting firm before his career move into the manufacturing sector. Mr. Noyes earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
WELDSHIP is a leading global supplier of high-pressure gas tube trailers, ISO containers and CO2 transports.
