"Prices are still considerably low in the inner-city, where commercial prices in Escazu and Santa Ana can be as high as $450, prices in Zapote, Paseo Colon are still around $250-275", he stated. "I would recommend buying in the inner city, there are just better deals right now in the San Jose Costa Rica inner-city", he added.
