United States of America (Press Release) January 30, 2008 -- Bletch is the word for food scraps that are taken from people plates and then given to pigs after a 6 day trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. Middle Fork River Expeditions is the ONLY outfitter in the US to install such a recycling program. The company is also carbon-free, both in it's internal operations and on the trips themselves, even down to offsetting the charcoal briquets.
