Regester Larkin has announced that Rob Sherwin will join as a board director and managing director of the consultancy’s Middle East office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

31 January 2008 (London) - Regester Larkin has announced that Rob Sherwin will join as a board director and managing director of the consultancy’s Middle East office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He will lead a range of client projects across the Middle East and look to expand the consultancy’s growing client base.
Rob joins from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) where he was Middle East Energy Adviser. For the past two years, working together with many Whitehall departments, he has engaged with Middle East governments on the dual challenges of energy security and climate change.
Prior to that, Rob worked for Shell for 10 years, latterly in the business development function in the Middle East, based in the United Arab Emirates.

He is an excellent new addition to the team; his extensive regional knowledge and insights gained from numerous direct conversations with key Middle East decision-makers about issues of concern to them, will offer a unique proposition to advice on the reputation management challenges faced by clients in the region.”

Rob will take over from Managing Consultant, Caitlin West, who has run Regester Larkin’s Middle East office since it opened in 2006. Caitlin will be returning to our London office later in the year and will continue to work closely with Rob.
