Just when you thought you had lost the battle of the bulge Fitchix Personal Training for Women have come up with another great scheme.
Apart from there Personal Fitness Training Scheme and the Scottish Bride Body Scheme; Fitchix have now put together a Nutrition, counselling and health sheme aimed at those suffering from obesity.
Starting with initail interviewing and counselling they aim to retrain each person in the 'art of eating'!
Founder Linda says" the brain works by repitition. If its recognises that you always eat chocolate after savoury food it will remind you to do so. Or if you always have a large portion the brain will recognise this also. It's about re-training the brain with diferent occurances so that your body is not expecting the chocolate or big portions etc."
Fitchix write a thinking, eating, fitnes and health programme that helps each individual get started . It encourages life changes that will overt the individual from yo-yo-ing up and down the weight scales. Linda added " Food is fuel. Too many people are thinking obsessively about food. Some people are even thinking about dinner when they are eating lunch! Busy the mind with other things, keep yourself busy. get up straight after dinner and do something, even if its just the ironing instead of sitting watching TV and thinking about what to eat next"
