KRLA Presents Free Show with Comedian Dennis Miller at the OC Pavilion

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 2, 2008 -- KRLA870 presents an amazing night of comedy and insight with Dennis Miller at the OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) on Thursday, February 21 at 7:30 PM. Tickets for the event are free but seating is limited.

Dennis Miller has been touted as “One of the premiere comedy talents in America today…” Miller is a five-time Emmy award winner for his half-hour, live talk show, “Dennis Miller Live” which was featured on HBO for 9 years. For two seasons, Miller worked alongside Al Michael and Dan Fouts, calling plays on ABC’s “Monday Night Football”. He was also the “Weekend Update” correspondent on “Saturday Night Live” for six years, before exiting in 1991.

Over his career, which has included writing, television, big screen and radio moments, Miller has become a critic favorite. One website refers to Miller’s uniqueness by saying, “nobody can match his trademark obscure reference jokes he effortlessly injects into his sentences.”

Entertainment Weekly referred to Dennis Miller as having a “refreshingly frank attitude”.

The New York Times said, “Mr. Miller reaches a bit further than most comedians for the scorching comment… this smart aleck has an uncommonly sharp eye…”
