The Complex,including a public swimming pool,hotel,holistic center and a bottled water plant is funded entirely by the developer.

Shamrock Consultancy Services,an Irish-Bulgarian development company with offices in Ireland ,the UK and Bulgaria unveiled their final plans for the construction of a state of the art holistic health center near Karlovo,Bulgaria.
The envisaged finishing date of Phase 1 of the complex ,comprising of an open air swimming pool connected to a natural thermal hot water source,a hotel and center of holistic healing, sauna and bar is set for august 2008.
According to the director of Shamrock Consultancy Services ,the development will boost the eco-tourism in the region which is famous for its unspoiled organic soil and rose oil production and will bring much needed employment in the area.
Phase 2 of the development comprises of the construction of a bottled water plant near the hot water source and the launch of a new natural water brand.
The project,when finished,should provide up to 35 much needed full time jobs in the area.
Local schools in the area will be able to avail of free swimming classes as part of the deal in conjunction with the local municipality.
