INDIANAPOLIS— Adobo Grill, located at 4939 East 82nd St., will be expanding its dining experience to the downtown Indianapolis area, with restaurant management planning to open a restaurant there in Spring 2008.
The newest Adobo Grill restaurant will be located at 110 East Washington St. It will offer one of the largest private dining spaces in the downtown area, accommodating up to 100 guests for private functions with an upscale lounge and a multi-level dining room. The new location will have multiple private areas for formal or informal meetings as well as a ceviche bar and private tequila lockers.
Serving authentic Mexican cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Freddy Sanchez and Chef de Cuisine Javier Fuentes in a festive and inviting atmosphere, Adobo Grill opened its Northside location in April 2006. Its second Indianapolis location will give downtown diners the chance to enjoy Adobo’s fresh guacamole, prepared tableside, diverse selection of 100% blue agave tequila as well as the savory tastes from many different regions in Mexico.
“We are very excited to open a new location in downtown Indianapolis,” said owner Paul LoDuca. “We want to be able to offer our diverse and very authentic Mexican cuisine to those dining downtown. It is a contemporary, upscale atmosphere where customers can enjoy flavorful dishes that have not yet been offered in the downtown area.”
