TMobile Tops Verizon Wireless in Customer Satisfaction And Reduces Costs By 40%. If the experience of Forklift Deals is shared by other wireless customers there might be a lot of happy faces.
Forklift Deals is a leading seller of industrial equipment on the Internet. Mid-year 2007 they started surveying the market for an alternative to their current wireless phone and internet provider. They were primarily interested in finding a new company who could match the service of Verizon Wireless but also help reign in fast growing costs.
