AJE Productions located in the heart of Memphis TN, is producing an On"Stage" Pageant, Sunday, April 6, 2008, at the Holiday Inn, Mount Moriah, Memphis, TN. AJE Productions is looking for young ladies and teens who are ages 10-19, desiring to have their dreams made real or aspiring models and dreamers that are passionate about their dreams, focusing on real life issues for their future careers. AJE Productions and its Dream Team will professionally train young teens and women runway and pageantry skills with poise, poses, personality and a lot of attitude for the Catwalk! AJE Productions will provide media coverage, giving them the exposure they will need to be discovered, while working with them to bring out their true talents, personality and skills for the runway.

AJE Productions produces Dreamland, a production which primarily focuses on plus size women and teens. We conduct workshops, which are self esteem "Boosters", we hold conferences and professionally train women and teens to showcase their talents.

AJE Productions CEO and Founder, Ms. Anner J. Echols has over 20 years of experience working in the fashion, beauty and entertainment industry. She has a passion for empowering, motivating and enhancing the self esteem of young teens and women - especially those who are full figured. Echols said "There is not enough emphasis on the plus size full figured girls"; but too much emphasis in today's society on outward appearance, with the industry putting the spotlight on the average size and skinnier girls in entertainment, and media focusing on their looks and their beauty, heavier teens and women find it difficult to accept and feel good about themselves or think it is impossible to live out their dreams.
