On January 2008, Touraine Lynch never thought she would actually come face to face with Edwin V. Avent to tell her story of how she was diagnosed with Non-Lymphoma in 2001. Mr. Avent was very attentaive as she told how she was a soldier in the US Army and served eight and a half years. Mr. Edwin Avent was amazed by her up tempo attitude and her clean bill of health and her urge to educate the world about non-hodgkin's Lymphoma.
