[Springfield, MO] February 7, 2008 -- Dr. Dan Skelton will be the guest on ArtistFirst Radio, www.artistfirst.com, Monday, February 11 at 5pm Pacific/6pm Mountain/7pm Central/8pm Eastern. Interviewer Tony Kay will talk to Skelton about his previous work and about Renascence, his Christian fantasy novel told through the voice of a teenage drug addict, which he hopes to complete by the end of 2008. Skelton holds a doctorate in education from the University of Mississippi, Oxford and a master's from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Arkansas, Conway and at Arkansas State University, Beebe, Arkansas. As well as a novelist, he is a poet, an actor, and a board member and award-winning play director at the Conway Community Arts Association in Conway, Arkansas where he recently won the Best Director award for 2007.
