Georgia Mountain Communities announced a formal partnership with Strategic Development, LLC, a Florida based sales and marketing management and consulting firm.

Georgia Mountain Communities announced a formal partnership with Strategic Development, LLC, a Florida based sales and marketing management and consulting firm. A number of strategic initiatives have been planned to strengthen the sales and marketing of Georgia Mountain Communities’ properties and developments.

Georgia Mountain Communities is one of the largest developers of mountain property in north Georgia with over 14 developments spanning the beautiful Blue Ridge and Cohutta mountain ranges expanding from Jasper, Georgia north through Ellijay, and up to the North Carolina border.

“A number of events have been planned for this spring to bring buyers to the Georgia Mountain Communities’ properties. Prospective buyers will have an opportunity to tour the various properties and choose from one of the largest and most diverse inventories in the mountains” according to Jason Webb a Managing Partner at Strategic Development. “We feel like the Georgia Mountain Communities’ properties offer the highest quality mountain properties at the most attractive prices in our market area Webb said”

“We are very excited to work with Strategic Development”, says Cindy West of Georgia Mountain Communities. “The new marketing campaign is already underway and we are getting positive results”, say West.
