Boston, MA – The Beehive in Boston’s South End will be offering a special three-course prix-fixe brunch on Sunday, March 9, 2008 and Sunday, March 16, 2008 from 10:30AM – 3:00PM in celebration of Boston’s Restaurant Week; presented by the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau and American Express. Guests will be offered up a three course selection starting with a choice of fresh juices and coffee or tea, followed by a choice of: Eggs Shakshuka, three eggs baked over North African style tomato sauce served with creamy polenta, Beehive Eggs Benedict, or a Smoked Salmon Plate, served with whipped caper cream cheese and toast. Finishing off the trio will be The Beehive’s Fresh Fruit Salad and plenty of live music all for $20.08. Reservations are recommended.
The Beehive will also be offering a three course dinner throughout Restaurant Week consisting of the following choices: (appetizer course): Crispy Fried Ipswich Clams with Saffron Apple Aioli or a Mushroom Soup with Molten Brie Crouton, (entrée course): selection of Duck Confit Shepard's Pie with Pearl Onions and English Peas, or a Grilled BBQ Scallop Kabab with Lemon and Scallion Rice Pilaf, (dessert course): Pineapple Upside Cake with Coconut Ice Cream or Chocolate New York Style Cheesecake with Strawberry Coulis $30.08.
