Miss Loudoun County 2008 Pageant Seeks Contestants

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 10, 2008 -- For 52 years the Purcellville Lions Club has sponsored the Miss Loudoun County Pageant and crowned one qualified and lucky young woman to represent Loudoun County, VA. The event is non-profit and proceeds go toward the Lions Club community service programs including scholarships for students.

This year's theme is Mardi Gras Masquerade and will include not only the competition, but performances by local talent. It will be held at LVHS on April 12, 2008. Young women 14-21 who are Loudoun residents are encouraged to visit the website for more information. No bathing suits or talent competition! Judging is on beauty, poise, community service and academic achievement. The top six contestants win cash prizes.
