Young women living the dream of graduating from high school, starting a career finding that right somebody, getting married and starting a new family. They have taken great strides in completing all there goals, dreams, and taking care of there bodies. Then reality sets in they have that dream life they always wanted, but also have that extra weight from having a baby.
All they want to do is to regain control of their lives, look good, and feel good again – is that so much to ask? Not all of them can bounce back like Katie Holmes or Heidi Klum and other likewise celebrity moms! They have the time,money and resources (like a personal trainer and there own personal nanny)to shed there baby fat.
On some websites that I searched, mothers where getting discouraged about there results of going to the gym and taking there young child to day care and not seeing any results. On mother even quoted “After I had my son I went right back into my old fitness routine. Unfortunately, I had neither the time nor energy to spend all day in the gym and honestly, lots of cardio just wasn’t cutting it”.
