TransGuardian, Inc has been reported to the Department of Labor for not paying commissions to salespeople

It is being speculated that TransGuardian may be in financial trouble.

Multiple emails and calls to the President of TransGuardian, Jim Moseley has not stopped speculation. After a call to the other listed Corporate officer Madlene Moseley, she mentioned that she is supporting the family while her husband Jim Moseley tries to get TransGuardian profitable.
But should this be at the expense of employees? In documentation received by TransGuardians attorney (Jon Moseley- another family member) he did state that their internal commission system has not been finished so he could not generate commission reports.

Although Randy's system for calculating commissions has been the hold-up for me until now (apparently it is working now) I also do not have ANY cost figures....

You decide, is this a company you want representing your jewelry insurance and/or shipping when they do not have a fully working internal system to handle paying their staff? Makes us wonder if they have other internal issues with their other software.....
