The Christian Alternative to the Scandalous Hollywood Gossip Magazines

United States of America (Press Release) March 6, 2008 -- Miami, FL (March 6, 2008) –"Christian Entertainment Today" is the new online magazine that will feature articles and photos on celebrities who are Christians. Founder and Editor Ruben Soto says: “There is a huge void in the secular media in featuring celebrities who are trying to live a moral lifestyle. Our nation has shifted from a predominant Christian nation to one that is more secular in its thinking and actions. Americans need to see that celebrities who are Christian usually live a more fulfilling life. We want to provide a site that is full of positive and uplifting news for Christians and non-Christians as well.”

Soto created the site after reading the book “Media Revolution” by Brian E. Fisher where Fisher urges Christians to get involved in taking back the media from the secular world. The link to the site is below.

Ruben Soto is a lifetime Christian, son of a minister, and very involved in his local church in Miami, Florida. He is a former Television Anchor and Reporter and is currently completing a Television Journalism program at the University of Miami. He is also the founder of the Christian Spirit Network, Inc. (a non profit corporation) and hopes to produce new and innovative Christian television programs.
