Recession Fever in USA

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 7, 2008 -- There is not a recession occurring yet in usa; and as for the future there is always about a 12 - 15% chance of a recession occurring in any year -- this coming year may be no different.

Yes of course the media is making too big a deal over this, as they do about any economic threat. It's the thrill of big news.

I'm not sure debt among Americans is "building" now -- if there is really a credit crunch problem as there is supposed to be, more likely debt is declining.

The declining dollar has certainly been boosting rather than hurting the economy, as the U.S. economy has grown very rapidly over the past 6 months largely due to world-record exports, helped by the weak dollar.

But if there is in fact a recession, then yes of course the economy will bounce back. There hasn't been some fundamental historic change in human behavior. Recessions happen, and they have absolutely no effect on the vast majority of people other than scaring them with bad news.
Your opinion would really help in having a better understanding about the job market recession.
