The Safety Inspection Report Email Notification System provides automatic email notifications to area fire marshals when a business in their coverage area is past due on an area of service or a service provider reports a violation.
The following is a list of functions the SIREN system provides:
On screen notice that new violations have been reported
Email notifications for past due service or violations
View/Print violation reports and past due reports
View/Print completed inspections (non-violation)
Hide/Show notices on any business or violation report
Stop receiving notices about a business
Ability to override a service provider’s report
Color coded and filtered lists for easy assessment.
Approve/deny certified service providers
View/print before and after photos of completed inspections
Before and after photos will be especially helpful for exhaust hood cleaning and is available for all areas of service. This is also helpful for additions or changes to current safety equipment at a location.
