Many patients and professionals are unaware of treatment options and new discoveries which can improve a patient’s quality of life and possibly prolong the survival. The Bone and Cancer Foundation’s major focus is to provide up to date information for patients and professionals to treat and ameliorate this devastating complication of cancer”.

Dr. Roodman is Professor of Medicine and Vice Chair for Research, Department of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Director of the Myeloma Program at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute.
