Knowledge sharing between company and university 
Serbia and Montenegro (Press Release) March 19, 2008 --
EXECOM headquarters, Novi Sad, Serbia (February, 2008) – Through the program of Technology Parks software development company, EXECOM, has organized thematic lectures at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad. All interested students and professors were in a position to acknowledge new technologies and hear interesting examples of dealing with realistic business problems.
Company employees – Software Architects and Quality Assurance Engineers have put all their effort to bring the core business logic to people who have not had much or any experience with facing working environment and processes. With less theoretical and more pragmatically approach, lecturers have managed to present tricky situations and challenges they were in a position to solve.
Because of the fact that following new technologies is as important as perception of real problems, introducing students to them had a sizeable value. For students a lot of technological achievements are intangible and not affordable. Thereby, presentation of the latest performances meant providing them a chance to stay up-to-date and make progress in self education.
Well, the idea of educating was completely accomplished through both presenting problems and tools that help in solving them. Also, dozen of answered questions proved that lectures were excellent gesture by EXECOM.
Nevertheless, cooperation between Faculty of Science sand EXECOM continues. After the break, new knowledge and experience transfer carries on. Even so, some of the best students will get a chance to express themselves working on internal company projects, during praxis company intends to organize.
