United States of America (Press Release) March 20, 2008 --
As many nowadays cellphone users, I use my Nokia 6682 to do a lot of things: make phone calls, play games, watch video, play mini games, listen to MP3, track my portfolio, browse news, manage my calendar, and many many other things. I have installed a dozen of applications on my phone, such as Quickoffice, MobFinance, and RssNews … They are great software, I use Quickoffice to work on my publications and articles; I use MobFinance to manage my investment portfolio and track my net assets; and I use ‘RssNews!’ to browse online sports and business news.
One of the most popular problems when a handheld is equipped with so many applications is that sometimes it becomes very slow when multiple applications are running or switching from one application to another. It really baffles me whenever there is a white screen or breakdown happens. I have been keenly looking for something that can help my Nokia run faster and more efficient. Till now I am finally able to relive my pain with some amazing software application designed for Symbian-based handhelds, including Nokia, Motorola, Erricsson and more.
What those program do is to take control of JVM for each mobile system, smartly analyze running J2ME programs (including hidden programs), automatically allocate and recover respective occupied RAM, and boost system to its best performance. In case of some applications are no longer active on a smartphone or BlackBerry, MemoryUp can reclaim lost resources and put them to better use. By reclaiming resources, the mobile system does not need to access the hard drive as frequently. This will greatly enhance mobile phone's overall performance. The only drawback is that if you have a very large memory chip (I have a 1GB), it might take up to 3 -5 minutes to run a thorough optimization. But it is definitely worthwhile. Some good optimizer now available on the market includes Symbian's memory manager, and eMobistudio's MemoryUp. I have been using MemoryUp for about three weeks now. It is so amazing that I have not experienced a single breakdown, which used to be 2-3 times a week. Also the performance of my phone has been improved remarkably, and I am thrilled to see all other programs can run so smoothly. I am very happy about it so far.
So for those users who have breakdowns or slow performance, please try to find a performance optimizer that can make your phone run smoother. You will be glad to see the magic it does to your mobile devices.
