The creator of this site, a woman who loves painting, recently immigrated to Canada and found out that her PhD in education she received (and successfully maintained) in Russia serves more as an obstacle in a search for work, being told she is overqualified. After four years of working as a cleaner, she has seen that it would suffice to consider it ‘under qualified’.
Besides being amazed by the wretchedness of the images used by Canadians for decorating their homes, like three squares and a single leaf in a bottle sold at
“Winners” or “HomeSense”, she has been inspired to show the beauty of high quality images.
