Australia, Commonwealth of (Press Release) March 26, 2008 --
G & G Technics have just released new patented tools for the domestic and international market for the automotive repair industry and G & G Technics are about to release yet another patent pending tool to the international market, the Press Master™, which G & G Technics say in years to come, will be as common in tool boxes as the humble shifter.
The recently released GGT-600 and GGT-620, (pictured below) rear wheel axle bearing remover is a completely new designed, internationally patented tool. The 600 series of bearing pullers enable the safe, easy removal of rear wheel bearings off most beam axle 4wd and 2wd vehicles. The “600 series” as they are referred to, means that any automotive repairer just needs two tools to cover the removal of these bearings off up to 80% of all beam axle vehicles on the road today.
This has been a job that would have taken some times up to six hours to do, now with the 600 series, this job will take just a few minutes after the axle is out of the vehicle. The safety features are that there will be no need for the dangerous hammer and coal chisel or hot axe approach that is common practice today. This approach has resulted in eye loss and serious burns in the past. So not only do the 600 series save time and money, they also provide a safe working environment.
The GGT-600 fits the Hilux, Hiace, Nissan Navara, Ford courier, Mazda Bravo, Rodeo etc both 2wd and 4wd versions, while the GGT-620 fits the Landcruiser 100 /200 series, Nissan patrol, Prado’s inc the 2008 model, Jackaroo and Frontera.
Both tools are also suitable for the removal of diff and gearbox gears and bearings, like in the Ford and GM Vehicles with the adaptation of bearing splitter plates.
G & G Technics pride themselves on producing all of their products in Acacia Ridge on Brisbane’s south side in Queensland.
Now branching out into the international market, G & G Technics hope to take the next steps and become an OEM tool supplier to the car industry. With recent interest from International Car maker Mazda in their products, G & G Technics now have three tools out of their range as preferred tools for Mazda Repairers. This should see a crossover to Ford Repairers due to the Global platforms and drive-train components.
G & G Technics tools are available through most aftermarket parts and tool resellers
like; Repco, Bursons, Coventry, Snap-on Tools, Auto pro, Auto Barn, and many others.
The GGT-600 and GGT-620 have a recommended Trade price of $520.00 + GST each.
The Press Master™ will come in various kits, all having various Prices.
