Romania (Press Release) March 27, 2008 --
Every internet business owner nowadays thinks he doesn't need 100 pages business plan in order to have a successful business. Still, an one page business plan helps them track and be accountable to their goals, as Terry Dean presents in its coaching blog (http://www.terrydean.org/).
1. Write the Business Plan On One Page Only.
This page should contain shortly: the definition of the business (what is the business about?), the target customers and the primary goals.
2. Create the Vision Statement.
The vision Statement has to be very specific regarding the business you're building. This vision has to be created in order to be shared with team members, partners, companies and customers!
It should respond to the questions: what is the business about? who are the perfect clients? what is the target income in the next year and in the next 90 days? who is the competition?
3. Define the Mission.
Describe why the business is being buit. A short description of one sentence works best. Also, find out why the consumers will buy the business's products and serivices? what problems do the products adress to? why is the company unique in the market?
4. Write Down the Goals And Objectives.
Numer the goals of the business in order to see later if the business is progressing or not. Compare the results from time to time.
5. Write Down The Strategy For the Business.
There are many strategies for growing a business, but there is simply no time to focus on them all. Some of the strategies that suit one business might not suit another, so one should choose carefully its strategy for his/hers business. Afterwars follow the strategy!
6. Create An Action Plan.
One has to write down the specific actions that need to be taken daily, weekly and monthly to achieve the strategies and goals mentioned above. Each action plan will relate to a goal or strategy that has already been written down.
