This special exhibition will feature works by some of the most interesting established and emerging talents in Contemporary Bay Area Art.

Over 15 artists will be featured in this month long exhibition. “This is a wonderful opportunity for collectors and purveyors of Fine Art to experience the range and individual spirit which characterizes this remarkable movement of art.

Featured are works by Kim Kitz, Ambi Bowo, Carolyn Meyer, Jeremy Mann, Zin Lim, Warren Chang, Yuhi Hasegawa and others. These contemporary Bay Area artists have their roots steeped in their predecessors – artists such as Richard Diebenkorn and Wayne Thiebaud .

This amazing movement sprang from Artists who turned to the figure at a time when- non-objective abstract painting seemed to be the only work desired by scholars and the art public - The Bay Area movement has since culminated into a 60 year regional movement that will continue to flourish in the coming decades.
